We inaugurate a new section dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of oral memory with the following objectives:
-Preserve and disseminate our collective memory, especially that referred to the second half of the twentieth century.
-Serve as an archive of the fieldwork of researchers or anyone with similar recordings
-Be an instrument that serves research and dissemination of knowledge based on open access.
It has begun with the interviews that Francisco Moreno and Juan Martinez conducted to Julián Antonio Ramírez who served as the basis for the latter's memoir. Gradually, content will be added based on the donations received.
The 50th anniversary of the creation of this association is commemorated. Clubes de Amigos de la Unesco played an important role in defending liberties during the Franco regime and, in this sense, the Mutxamel center was no exception.
During the event one of the first painting exhibitions they organized dedicated to the one known as "Grup d'Elx" will be remembered. This event was covered by Radio Paris and its corresponding sound file is part of the portal Devuélveme la voz.
